1. Introduction

Resilient Privacy Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates CyberIntel™ (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our cybersecurity intelligence platform at cyberintel.resilientprivacy.com.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. CyberIntel is designed as a read-only intelligence platform — we do not require account registration, do not track individual users, and do not serve advertising.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

• Email address — only if you choose to subscribe to our threat briefing newsletter. Stored securely in our database. Never sold or shared with third parties.
• IP addresses and URLs submitted for scanning — processed by our backend servers for analysis. Not stored permanently; used only for the duration of the scan request.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

• Server access logs — standard web server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, HTTP status). Retained for up to 30 days for security and performance purposes, then deleted.
• No cookies for tracking — we use only one essential session cookie required for rate-limiting protection. No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are set.

2.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics tracker.
• We do not build user profiles or track browsing behavior across sessions.
• We do not collect device fingerprints.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Email addresses are used solely to send CyberIntel threat briefings you subscribed to.
• Server logs are used for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and infrastructure performance.
• Submitted IPs and URLs are used to perform the requested threat intelligence lookup — not stored after response is returned.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

CyberIntel aggregates threat intelligence from third-party sources including NVD/NIST, CISA, AbuseIPDB, Abuse.ch, MITRE, SANS ISC, ransomware.live, OpenPhish, PhishTank, urlscan.io, Google Safe Browsing, and Shodan. These services have their own privacy policies. When you submit an IP or URL for scanning, that data is forwarded to these services through our backend — it does not originate directly from your browser. 5. Data Retention

• Email subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Server access logs: 30 days maximum.
• Scan/lookup requests: not stored after response is delivered.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the European Economic Area or California, you have rights over your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Right to deletion — request deletion of your email subscription and any stored data.
• Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to object — object to processing of your data.
• Right to portability — receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@resilientprivacy.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, rate limiting, input validation, Content Security Policy headers, and secure server configurations. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

CyberIntel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
