Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberIntel™ (the "Platform"), operated by Resilient Privacy Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CyberIntel is a cybersecurity intelligence aggregation platform that collects, processes, and displays threat intelligence data from publicly available sources. The Platform provides:

  • Aggregated cybersecurity news from public RSS feeds
  • CVE vulnerability data from NVD and CISA
  • Threat heatmaps and attack feeds
  • Ransomware group and victim tracking
  • Malware, phishing, and IOC intelligence feeds
  • URL and IP reputation scanning tools
  • MITRE ATT&CK technique mapping
  • UEBA-style behavioral analytics

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform for lawful cybersecurity research, threat monitoring, security awareness, and defensive security purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal activity or to facilitate attacks on computer systems
  • Automate requests to our API at a rate that causes excessive load (automated scraping is prohibited)
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
  • Use scan results to target, attack, or harass the owners of IPs or domains
  • Misrepresent the source of intelligence data displayed on this Platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary components of the Platform
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate Resilient Privacy Inc. or CyberIntel

4. Intelligence Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Threat intelligence data displayed on CyberIntel is aggregated from third-party sources. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any intelligence data. Threat data may contain false positives. Do not take action solely based on data displayed on this Platform without independent verification.

IP and URL scan results are informational only. A "malicious" verdict does not conclusively prove malicious intent, and a "clean" verdict does not guarantee safety.

6. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESILIENT PRIVACY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SECURITY INCIDENTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party APIs including AbuseIPDB, urlscan.io, PhishTank, Google Safe Browsing, and others. Your use of these services through our Platform is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
